Terms and Conditions for Competitions and Giveaways

  1. Independent Regulation by Stations
    Each participating station is solely responsible for the administration, regulation, and execution of its own competitions and giveaways. This includes setting the rules, managing entries, and selecting winners at the station’s discretion.
  2. Minimum Prize Value
    Each station reserves the right to set and enforce its own minimum prize value for any competition or giveaway. Clients must comply with the station’s minimum prize requirement. The station has full authority to reject any competition proposal that does not meet its set prize threshold.
  3. Cash Prizes
    If the agreed prize is in the form of cash, the total amount must be paid in full and upfront by the client before the competition is broadcast or begins.
  4. Prize Frequency

For September (starting Monday 22), the competition will run with 1 giveaway per station, as there are only 10 prizes in total available.

  1. Duration

This Competition runs from 22 September 2025 and closes on 31 September 2025. For October, November, and December, there will be no competition component. These months will strictly consist of two weeks of Live Reads only, due to the limited number of prizes versus the number of participating stations.

  1. Non-Cash Prizes (e.g. Hampers, Vouchers, Goods)
    For non-cash prizes, such as hampers or physical items:
    • The client is fully responsible for arranging the delivery or handover of the prize to the winner.
    • The station will only provide accurate contact and delivery details of the winner to the client.
    • The station is not involved in the packaging, handling, or logistics of the prize delivery.
  2. Proof of Delivery
    The client must provide the station with acceptable proof of prize delivery or fulfillment (e.g., delivery receipt, courier confirmation, or written acknowledgment from the winner). This documentation protects the station from any potential claims or disputes regarding non-delivery.
  3. Limitation of Liability
    The station accepts no responsibility for the non-fulfillment of prizes by the client. All liability related to prize provision, condition, and delivery rests with the client. The client agrees to indemnify and hold the station harmless against any claims, disputes, or damages arising from or in connection with the competition or prize.
