- By entering the competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the judge, presenter or organizer of the competition, whose decision is final. No negotiations and or correspondence will be entered into after the fact
- Participants / listeners enter into and take part in competitions at their own risk and Izwi LoMzansi Radio station association NPC bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a result of participation in any of Izwi LoMzansi Radio station association NPC’s competition;
- The Sunlight Noma-Yini bar soap hack and tricks competition is brought to you by Sunlight and will run on the 16th June 2023 till the 30th of May 2023 on Izwi LoMzansi Community Radio Station.
- The Competition will be played on; Imbizo Breakfast Show (06h00am – 09h00am)
- To enter the competition, listeners must send voicenotes via Izwi 98 mobile App and tell us the three tricks of how they use the Sunlight bar soap.
- Prize: winners will be awarded with a Sunlight hamper to the value of R1000
- Winners will be notified telephonically and judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Prize will be delivered by Sunlight to all winners, between the 14th of July 2023 and the 29th of September 2023.
- To claim their prize, winners need to provide Sunlight with their Full names, surname, ID number, contact number and their delivery address.
- If there is an error in the personal details provided by the winner, Izwi LoMzansi Radio station association NPC will not be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages.
- No entries by any form other than mobile app voicenote will be accepted by Izwi LoMzansi Radio station association NPC
- Izwi LoMzansi Radio station association NPC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, cheating including without limitation through the manipulation of codes or otherwise falsifying data.
- Entries which contain errors will be invalid.
- Any entries received after the competition moment will not be eligible to participate in the competition, regardless of the reason for the late entry. Izwi LoMzansi Radio station association NPC is not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
- You will be disqualified if:
- You are under the age of 18 at the time of entering the competition
- You have won a competition conducted by Izwi LoMzansi Radio station association NPC in the past two months.
