Before you enter the competition please read competition rules below:

1. By entering the competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the judge, presenter or organizer of the competition, whose decision is final. No negotiations and or correspondence will be entered into after the fact
3. Participants / listeners enter into and take part in competitions at their own risk and Izwi LoMzansi Radio station association NPC bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a result of participation in any of Izwi LoMzansi Radio station association NPC’s competition;
4. The Old Mutual Personal loans: True or false Competition is brought to you by Old Mutual Finance and will run on the 20^th of November till the 1^st of December 2023 on Izwi LoMzansi FM.
5. The Competition will be played on; Imbizo Breakfast Show (06h00am – 09h00am)
6. To enter the competition, listeners must listen out of a true or false question being asked through live reads, then go on the Xhumana Nathi channel on Izwi98FM mobile app and send their name & answer.
7. Prize: winners will be awarded with R2 000 cash if they answer with the catchphrase “Get the Loan, not the Stress.” Winners will be awarded with an extra R500 if they have the Old Mutual Money Account.
8. Winners will be notified telephonically and judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Prize will be sent electronically by Old Mutual Finance to all winners, between the 15th of December and the 15^th of February 2023.
10. Winners to provide Izwi LoMzansi FM with a copy of their ID book/Smartcard with a bank account confirmation letter.
11. If there is an error in the personal or banking details provided by the winner, Old Mutual Finance and Izwi LoMzansi Radio station association NPC will not be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages.
12. No entries by any form other than Izwi98FM mobile app will be accepted by Izwi LoMzansi FM.
13. Izwi LoMzansi FM reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, cheating including without limitation through the manipulation of codes or otherwise falsifying data.
14. Entries which contain errors will be invalid.
15. Any entries received after the competition moment will not be eligible to participate in the competition, regardless of the reason for the late entry. Izwi LoMzansi FM is not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
