Mc Donalds Nazo Meal – Competition Terms & Condition

Before you enter the competition please read competition rules below:

1. By entering the competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the judge, presenter or organizer of the competition, whose decision is final. No negotiations and or correspondence will be entered into after the fact
3. Participants / listeners enter into and take part in competitions at their own risk and Izwi LoMzansi Radio station association NPC bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a result of participation in any of Izwi LoMzansi Radio station association NPC’s competition;
4. The Mc Donald’s #McDonaldsNazoMeals Competition is brought to you by McDonald’s and will run from the 24^th of May 2023 till the 02^nd of June 2023 on Izwi LoMzansi Community Radio Station.
5. The Competition will be played weekdays on; Sigeqa Amagula Drive Show (15h00pm – 18h00pm).
6. To enter the competition, listeners must take a photo of themselves enjoying their favourite Double Cheeseburger Meal or Jalapeno Double Meal with the till slip.  Then comment with their photo on the Mc Donald’s post posted on Izwi LoMzansi’s Facebook page.
7. Winners will be called live on-air to be awarded their prizes.
8. Prize: one winner will be awarded with R3 990 cash on every competition moment.
9. Winners will be notified telephonically and judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Prizes will be sent electronically by Mc Donald’s to all winners, between the 15^th of June 2023 and the 15^th of September 2023.
11. To claim their prize, winners need to provide Izwi LoMzansi with their full names, surname, contact number, copy of ID book/smartcard and proof of banking.
12. If there is an error in the personal or banking details provided by the winner, Izwi LoMzansi Radio station association NPC will not be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages.
13. No entries by any form other than commenting on the Capfin Facebook post posted on Izwi LoMzansi FM’s Facebook page will be accepted by Izwi LoMzansi Radio station association NPC
14. Izwi LoMzansi Radio station association NPC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, cheating including without limitation through the manipulation of codes or otherwise falsifying data.
15. Entries which contain errors will be invalid.
16. Any entries received after the competition moment will not be eligible to participate in the competition, regardless of the reason for the late entry. Izwi LoMzansi Radio station association NPC is not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
17. You will be disqualified if:
18. You are under the age of 18 at the time of entering the competition
19. You have won a competition conducted by Izwi LoMzansi Radio station association NPC in the past two months.
