Before you enter the competition please read competition rules below:
1. By entering the competition and/or accepting any prize (if you
are a winner), you agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions.
2. The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the
judge, presenter or organizer of the competition, whose decision
is final. No negotiations and or correspondence will be entered
into after the fact
3. Participants / listeners enter into and take part in competitions at
their own risk and Izwi LoMzansi Radio station association NPC
bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or harm suffered as
a result of participation in any of Izwi LoMzansi Radio station
association NPC’s competition;
4. The 1Life Competition is brought to you by 1Life Insurance and
will run on the 30th of October till the 3rd of May 2023 on Izwi
LoMzansi 98.0 FM.
5. The Competition will be played on; Imbizo Breakfast Show
(06h00am – 09h00am) and on Sigeqa Amagula Drive Show (15h00 – 18h00)
6. To enter the competition, listeners enter online at izwi98fm.co.za.
7. Prize: When called on-air the winner will be asked to play Winning at Life with 1Life by selecting a box (1LIFE) and they win monetary value inside the box they have selected. If the winner agreed to a free-obligation quote during the entry stage they will win a bonus of R1000. The winner will also be asked a question about 1Life and if they get it correct, they get an extra R500.
8. Winners will be notified telephonically and judge’s decision will
be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Prize will be sent electronically by MPoWrD to all winners, between the 13th of November and the
26th of January 2024.
10.If there is an error in the personal or banking details provided by
the winner, Izwi LoMzansi Radio station association NPC and MPoWrD will not
be held liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages.
11.No entries by any form other than izwi98.co.za will be accepted by Izwi LoMzansi Radio station
association NPC.
12.Izwi LoMzansi Radio station association NPC reserves the right to
disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, cheating including
without limitation through the manipulation of codes or
otherwise, falsifying data.
13.Entries which contain errors will be invalid.
14.Any entries received after the competition moment will not be
eligible to participate in the competition, regardless of the
reason for the late entry. Izwi LoMzansi Radio station association
NPC is not liable for any technical failure that may result in an
entry not being successfully submitted.
15.You will be disqualified if:
▪ You are under the age of 18 at the time of entering the
competition
▪ You have won a competition conducted by Izwi LoMzansi Radio
station association NPC in the past two months.
